For factoring reps
A carrier needs a factor the week its authority goes active, when the first load pays in 30 to 60 days and fuel is due now. Filter to your states and fleet sizes, and the list shows up with the owner's name and number, how long the application took, and who wrote their insurance.
For dispatchers
New owner-operators with one or two trucks and no broker relationships yet. Each row carries an equipment guess (dry van, reefer, flatbed, car hauler and more) from the cargo they registered, so you can call the trucks you know how to keep loaded.
What each row has
MC and USDOT numbers, grant date, application date and days to grant, first-time or returning.
Company officer names, phone, cell (flagged so you know TCPA rules apply), email and whether it is a free or company domain.
Power units, tractors, trailers, drivers, interstate or intrastate, hazmat.
Registered cargo classes and an equipment guess.
Liability coverage on file, the insurer and the effective date.
Street address, city, state and ZIP.

Questions
- Where does the data come from?
- FMCSA's public records: the Motus authority history (grants and new applications), the Company Census File (contact and fleet details) and insurance filings. We pull them every morning, join them, clean them up and remove duplicates.
- When does the email arrive?
- Around 7am Central on any day with new filings. FMCSA publishes most grants on business days, so weekend emails are lighter.
- Can I call and text these numbers?
- You are responsible for your outreach. Manual calls and compliant cold email are fine for most businesses. Autodialed or prerecorded calls and marketing texts to cell numbers need prior express written consent under the TCPA, even for business owners, and commercial email must follow CAN-SPAM. Cell numbers are flagged in the CSV for that reason.
- Is there a trial?

- Can I get only brokers, or new applications?
- Yes. The dashboard lets you switch on new applications (filed, not yet granted) and broker authorities, and narrow by state, fleet size and first-time authority.
