The service

Rookiefeed is operated by Great Work LLC (651 N Broad St, Suite 206, Middletown, DE 19709). For $49 a month plus any applicable sales tax, you get a daily list of trucking companies that FMCSA recently granted operating authority to or that recently applied, compiled from public federal records, delivered by email and through a dashboard.

Acceptable use and your compliance duties

You may use the data to contact these businesses about your own products and services. You are solely responsible for how you do that.

This list comes from public FMCSA filings. You are responsible for how you contact these businesses: commercial email must follow CAN-SPAM (honest subject and sender, your postal address, a working opt-out honored within 10 business days). Under the TCPA, do not use an autodialer, prerecorded voice or marketing texts to cell numbers without prior express written consent (there is no B2B exemption for cell phones), and scrub calls against the National Do Not Call Registry and your own internal DNC list.

You also agree to follow state telemarketing and email laws where the carrier is located, to honor any request to stop contacting someone, and not to harass, threaten or deceive anyone on the list. We may suspend accounts that we reasonably believe are violating these rules, without refund.

Not a consumer report

The data is not a consumer report under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Do not use it as a factor in deciding anyone's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing. Verify anything that matters with FMCSA (SAFER and the Motus portal) before you rely on it.

Accuracy

The records come from what carriers report to FMCSA and what FMCSA publishes. They can be incomplete, late or wrong, and FMCSA can change or stop its public data at any time. We clean and join the data but do not verify it and provide it as is, without warranties of any kind.

Licence

Your subscription gives you a non-transferable right to use the feed inside your own business, including your CRM and your team. You may not resell, republish or redistribute the feed or build a competing data product from it.

Billing and cancelling

Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from the Billing button on your dashboard; you keep access until the end of the paid month. We do not refund partial months. If a payment fails, access continues while Stripe retries and stops if the subscription is cancelled.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the three months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for claims arising from your outreach. You agree to indemnify Great Work LLC against claims that result from how you used the data.
