Carrier IQ alternatives for insurance agents

Reviewed · Numbers are Rookiefeed analysis as of , updated daily

Carrier IQ is an all-in-one platform for trucking insurance agents: new-venture leads from Motus data, a CRM, quoting and policy management, from $149 a month for one state. PollyAI is the cheapest per state and tracks renewals, TruckingSignal sells one exclusive agent per state with done-for-you email, CarrierOk adds deep vetting data, and Rookiefeed is a plain daily list of new grants.

How we compared them

We read each vendor's public pages on October 2, 2026, without logging in to any trial. Where a page didn't say something, we marked it unverified instead of guessing. Features inside the apps may go beyond what's public, and prices change, so check each pricing page before you buy.

Carrier IQ: the most complete agent workflow

Carrier IQ says it's powered by Motus registration data, and it runs the whole agent day: find a new venture, work it in the CRM, build a quote application and manage the policy, with AMS integrations. If you want one tool for your book, it's hard to beat on scope. Two things to know: its new-venture feed mixes new registrations with reinstatements and additional authority, and it says contact details are added "as available". Whether cells are flagged, and exactly which insurance fields you get, we couldn't verify.

Which one to pick

Whichever you choose, the first insurer matters for new-venture work. In our last 30 days, the most common insurer on newly granted carriers was United Financial Casualty Company, on 12.2% of them. More in who insures new trucking companies.

Questions

How much does Carrier IQ cost?
On October 2, 2026 Carrier IQ listed $149 a month for one state ($119 billed annually), $199 for up to 5 states, $249 for up to 10 states and custom pricing beyond that, plus $19 a month per extra user, with no contracts.
What's the cheapest Carrier IQ alternative?
PollyAI had the lowest published per-state price on October 2, 2026: a $39 platform fee plus $40 per state, so $79 for one state, with a data-only outreach tier from $17 per state. It includes a CRM and insurance expiration dates.
Which alternative gives an exclusive territory?
TruckingSignal sells one agent per state and sends a 3-email sequence to new authorities in your name before handing you a ranked call list. Its pricing isn't published. Carrier IQ, PollyAI, CarrierOk and Rookiefeed are shared lists.
Is Carrier IQ the same as the old Carrier IQ phone software?
No. The trucking platform at carrieriq.io is a different company from the Carrier IQ phone diagnostics software that made news in 2011. The shared name is why searches for it turn up unrelated results.
